QBG Racing will not pass any customer details to any third party. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the opportunity to refuse any marketing email from us.

The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number, email address and credit/debit card details. Credit card details are not held on our database. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

Our policy is to keep the personal information we receive from our sites completely confidential and used solely for internal purposes. Following the Privacy & Electronic Communications Act of Dec 03: We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).

QBG Racing, on a few occasions email you to update you on our products. By ordering or enquiring about our products you will automatically subscribe. You can unsubscribe by notifying us by email.

In accordance with GDPR:

*Your data is stored securely on our database to allow us to process your order. We retain the information provided indefinitely as it is used to provide information about order history and to enable communications about historic orders with our customer service team.

*In order to process certain orders, your data may be securely passed to selected 3rd party companies in order to fulfil your order. The data is only used for order processing purposes and will not be entered into any external data base or marketing lists.

* Your data is never entered into our marketing database without expressed prior consent. However you will received a limited number of important order status updates, this can apply to customers who have placed orders or advanced through our checkout process to a certain point.

* Your data is never sold or passed to 3rd party companies for marketing purposes.
